Passports and IDs
Passports are not currently available to apply for in the Scorvidian Empire but there are plans to introduce some in the next few years. Passports are held only by certain Scorvidians in key government positions. Citizenship certificates are available, however, and can be produced or replaced within hours by contacting the government or by visiting one of our UK embassies. These do not entitle you to reside within the Empire, but you may vote every 5 years in general elections and in referendums.

Scorvidia does not currently accept any immigration to any part of the Empire. The Home Secretary has concluded that the infrastructure to support a population increase is simply not there. However, short-term tourist visits are possible to the country of Western Kollme, with the Duchy of Kakks hoping to open to tourists soon too.

As an avid shooter, the Emperor understands the desire of citizens to protect themselves through the use of firearms but unfortunately we do not have the resources to offer firearms or gun licenses to the population. However, it is legal to keep firearms attained in the UK in Scorvidia as long as a legitimate UK gun license or written permission from HGM is carried at all times. At the moment, no government employees carry firearms due to the very low crime rate in our group of nations. For this reason, the Home Secretary has also decided that the creation of a Scorvidian police force is an unnecessary cost.Â

Our first priority is to ensure the safety of the citizens of Scorvidia and to keep our great nation secure with the assistance of the Home Secretary.
